Please note that window screens are NOT safety or security screens and do not prevent children or pets from falling out of the window. With enough force, screens can be pushed out of the window frame. To avoid injury, children or pets should never push on a window screen, play on a window sill or near an open window.
Even though Covid restrictions have been lifted, at your request we will still follow any necessary safety recommendations to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. Your safety is just as important as ours and we want to do all we can to ensure a healthy environment. If you feel we still need to follow specific health guidelines for us to enter your home, we will gladly do so at your request. This is a limited service, and is available in the event of someone who needs a screen immediately due to either a possible health risk or for a child or infant's bedroom. This service is not a 24hr service but only operates within regular business hours and the areas we service. If you have a specific circumstance where the normal wait time would not be suitable, we can offer a limited rush service on 1 or 2 window screens within 24 - 48hrs to accommodate the immediate need. This is only available for standard window screens, and not specialty screens. Please note: Additional charges will apply.
