That's easy. Simply give us a call and we will arrange an appointment to come and start the process. When we arrive we will explain the type of screens you need and measure for custom fit.
In order to give you the correct quote, we need to know how many windows and doors requiring screens and the type or style of screens you need. All screens are custom fit. We take measurements of all windows and doors needing screens and have them custom made to fit. This is the normal process. We will explain the type of screens you need and options available such as color or oversized screens if required.
All screens are unique - custom cut to fit your exact window or door.
Most orders can be ready for install within 7 - 10 days depending on the order. However sometimes in our busy season may take a bit longer up to 2 weeks. We will always keep you in the loop regarding your order time line and once ready we will let you know so we can book the appointment for your install. Our goal is to make sure you get your screens as soon as possible. If your screens are ready earlier than promised, we will certainly let you know.
Very simple. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Cash, Etransfer and PayPal. Once you are ready to go ahead with your order, we take a 50% deposit to secure order. Balance is paid once the job is installed and complete. At that time final payment is required.
In most cases, no. However if you have any valuables on window sills or boxes / items in front of the doors, we suggest to move them to avoid us trying to work around them. We need access to the windows and doors so we simply ask to not have anything blocking them as this will restrict our ability to install correctly.
We agree. We will always remove our shoes or wear NEW shoe covers for your home to ensure we do not mark or dirty your floors. Like we said, we want to provide the best experience possible when dealing with Vantage Screens.
Absolutely not. You are dealing with Vantage Screens from beginning to end. Installers are employees of Vantage Screens. This way we can ensure the job is done right to our standard.
Give us a call an we can help you out. Some screens may be able to be repaired, if not it will have to be replaced. If covered by our warranty (see below) then we will repair or replace at no cost to you. If the issue is not within our warranty, please note a service charge will apply for any repair service. For rough and tough situations - we recommend PET MESH. A super strong tough screen weave that can handle much more rough environments.
Yes. We offer a 3 year manufacturer warranty - better than anyone else in our industry. Our warranty will cover your window screens and patio screen door frames, patio screen door wheels, handles, wicket doors as well as on our installation services. Mirage and Retractable Screen Limited Lifetime Warranties are handled through Mirage directly. If you have a warranty issue with your retractable screen installed by us, give us a call and we will work with Mirage on your behalf to get it repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you. Please note our warranty does not cover damage to screen mesh, or damage caused by pets, abuse or removal / re-installation by anyone other than a Vantage Screens technician.
